9 years!!! 9/11/16 opening date & 9/11/25 last call… The time now was right to put baby in the corner and move on to new endeavors. I want to personally thank every single vendor, event host, fellow truckers, customers & the amazing team I spent all that time with over the years. I’ve made lifelong friends & experienced so many amazing things! I’ll be forever grateful for all of you who have supported & helped TB through the years. Never expected to last a year let alone win awards and get interviewed by the Food Network. So much fun. 😊 🙏 ♥️

This was Top 5 best nights of the season. Zero sales… but we had fun spending the evening alone in the Science Center 🤷🏻‍♂️. Stay tuned for random personal posts and potential new items for 2025! Ciao ciao. 🍔 ✈️

This sums up our 8th season. It was fun, but the best part is our team TB. Super young crew, but I’m amazed by them. Shoutout to Addy, Jax, Lauren, Stella, & RJ. We had fun the last few months.
