Iowa’s First Gentleman Kevin Reynolds will host a final summer barbecue at Terrace Hill on Thursday, July 9, from 5:30-7:30 pm. Guests will get a chance to meet and chat with the first gentleman, explore the first and second floors of the Residence, partake in lawn games, and enjoy delicious food prepared by the Terrace Hill chef.

The third major project the Terrace Hill Capital Campaign supports is the Improvements to the Visitor Displays in our Carriage House. We look forward to better sharing the amazing history of Terrace Hill through our improved displays with everyone who comes through Iowa's Home.

Another project the Terrace Hill Capital Campaign supports is the addition of Access stairs to our beautiful Reflecting pool. Thanks to our wonderful sponsors, we will be able to incorporate this stunning piece of Iowa history into our public tours.

Terrace Hill's Gala in the Garden is a celebration of the completion of our Terrace Hill Capital Campaign. This campaign supports our efforts to begin work on several projects here on the grounds. One of which, is the reconstruction of the Historic Greenhouse and Enhancements to the South Garden.
