It's Bowl Day in Iowa!!! With the Cyclones in the Big Apple and the Hawkeyes in the Valley of the Sun, looking to ring in the new year with bowl victories, we hope to see you today at one our locations supporting Iowa and ISU!

Sorry for the late posting but all Jethros locations will be closed today and tomorrow so our staffs can relax and have an opportunity spend time with those closest to them. We will see you on Monday when you are looking for a break from shopping or family, have a happy holiday weekend!

We're as excited as everyone to be a part of the Waukee/West Des Moines communites. So without further ado Jethro's BBQ n' Jambalaya will be open to the public TUESDAY, DECEMBER 6th @ 11a.m.!!!!

Stay tuned for information about the official open date, we are hoping early next week, as we will be spending the next few days training staff (so it will just look like there are a lot of people at the restaurant)
