TMC Wins Flatbed Transporter - National Award from Penske Logistics TMC Transportation was recognized for our outstanding work as a flatbed carrier for Penske Logistics and their customers.

TMC is proud to announce that Nicole Durbin has been named Employee-Owner of the Quarter for the fourth quarter of 2024.

Nicole uses her professionalism and positive attitude to build strong relationships with her fellow TMC employee-owners. Nicole often partners with other teams within TMC to find coverage for her customers’ freight on a TMC flatbed truck or with an approved carrier, and she is just as diligent and detail-oriented when working with internal teams as she is with customers. Logistics Sales Representative II Marcus Johnson—better known as MJ to his coworkers—is “the epitome of continuous improvement,” says Brett Crable, Strategic Accounts Manager at TMC Logistics.

Since he started as a Logistics Sales Representative in February of 2020, MJ has proven his willingness to work hard to succeed. “He’s usually the first one in the office and the last one to leave,” says Marcy Noble, General Manager of TMC Logistics’ Des Moines office. “He’s always willing to lend a hand with anything. He’s very detail-oriented, and he always gives 200%, no matter what the situation is.”
