Freshly cut watermelon from our good friends at Loffredo Fresh Foods goes into Chef Jose’s juicy and savory gluten free watermelon salad. Tossed with smoked red peppers, almonds, feta, and honey, this salad is one you won’t want to miss!

This collaboration is about bringing the neighborhood together to show support and love. Here at Fresko we want to shed light on the community and help in anyway we can.

Which is why we also decided to invite mobilebarberingco to offer hair cuts for those who want to join the fun and don’t have a daughter! (No ticket required just click on his tagged instagram page and set up and apportionment!)

This event will have two classes one at 10 and one at 11 to help ensure we give everyone a chance to truly learn how to style.

We have a little surprise for you Des Moines!

Guests had problems deciding what seasonal martini to choose so we said, why not try them all?

Fresko is now featuring mini martini flights for happy hour!

The stars of the show-

• The Martini I Need- Strawberry vanilla espresso martini with just a hint of chocolate

• Clutch My Pearls- Revelton Mulberry Gin but infused with basil to add a touch of summer, and a lil lemon to make her a little zesty

•Bob Ross- House orange infused J Rieger Gin starts the nature setting, which flows with flavors of Giffard Rhubarb, and happy little accidents of house blueberry bitters

•Lavender Martini- Fresko’s classic but with a new twist. We added house made lavender limoncello, and watermelon water to create the most beautiful martini inside and out

Now available Mondays 3-9 PM as well as the rest of our happy hour menu

Tuesday- Thursday we will have them available from 3-6 PM! (Starting at 5 these days we will have other amazing specials for you)

As we go into summer we are focusing on fresh flavors of what the local farms are bringing us.

The Fresko family would like to take a moment to congratulate this beautiful couple on getting married!

Hannah and Casper have been our regulars for a few years now, we’ve seen them date, get engaged, and now married. Every time they would come in the first thing you hear is “Wow they make an amazing couple!”

We were honored when they asked to use their favorite spot (our bar) for the dinner of their special night, of course the answer had to be YES! Seeing the smile on their faces and their families is what made it even more special for us.

Fresko will always be here for your date nights, we love you guys and hope you have the happiest of years ahead of you. 🫶

Fresko, biggrovedsm , & ethereal_beauty_lounge have been collaborating on something for the dads!

We wanted to find a way to create a bond, and help dads figure out how to do hair. So we said HAIR CLASS!

Choose a time slot, bring your little and grab a beer, our stylists will show you how to do

This will also come with a goodie bag with a comb, hair tie, and a little surprise. Plus a how too pamphlet for when you go home!

Fresko Our name, meaning “fresh,” inspires our creation of seasonal menus made from locally sourced ingredients from the bounty farms of Iowa. The culinary team prepares product from start to finish, applying natural, time honored techniques with care at every step.

Fresko features a splendid assortment of original cocktails with a deep spirits menu and a beer program with sixteen beers on tap, in addition to bottles and cans. Fresko's wine menu focuses on quality selections at a great value to our guests.
