Hi, I am a self taught home baker. I absolutely love making cakes. The more odd, the funner to make! I also make cupcakes and cake pops.
I work with fondant as well as modeling chocolate, tiered cakes and cake sculpting. My goal is to make all decorations edible to the best of my ability! I use my own true buttercream frosting and it's absolutely addictive. I have a variety of flavors in which I can send to you upon request.
