Quite the transformation of this gorgeous property in Derry, New Hampshire. We completely changed the first floor layout, making room for this gorgeous island and new Anderson picture window with gorgeous stone waterfall sill! We added a new walk-in pantry, home office, and mudroom. Custom built-ins all around make excellent use of the space!
