Taking down an old radio tower after an Rtu change out. Had a little help for the FD Ladder 23

Replacing a 7.5 ton York Rtu with Carrier heat pump Rtu in West Newbury.

Replacing a couple of old King direct fired 100% outdoor air units for a furniture warehouse in Randolph Ma.

Performed a 5-ton Carrier Rtu change out today. Job complete on to the next!

Installed new roof curb and rooftop today in Dedham.

Replacing a 3 ton existing HVAC system with 15 KW electric heat package, + a/c condenser for a tenant in the Hannaford strip mall. Location Portland ME. Future tenant performs dog grooming.

Long day but Velcro project is finally complete. Installed new Carrier 75 ton and 40 ton rooftop units. Now on to the next project.

Rocovering the refrigerant from another 75 ton and a 40 ton rooftop that we are replacing tomorrow along with installation of rooftop curb adaptors. 200lbs of R-22 refrigerant total. In for a long day tomorrow.

Changed out a Carrier 4 ton and 10 ton Heatpump with electric heat today. Not a bad days work.
