🔥 Smokin' BBQ Sampler 2026 🔥

What a great day in Derby!

This year's Smokin' BBQ Sampler brought out more than 300 people to support local businesses, enjoy some amazing food, and spend time with the community before the storm rolled in.

We smoked four different pork butts for our BBQ sampler, and the crowd favorites were definitely the Creole Butter Injected Cowboy Butter and the Hawaiian BBQ. 🌺🐷

We were set up alongside some great neighbors, including The Sandbox, NoWhere Grill, and the American Legion. We were blown away by the variety of food everyone brought to the table. From cupcakes and cookies to candied bacon, potato salad, chicken salad, and even CBD-infused BBQ sauce, there was something for everyone.

A special shoutout to Jaelen Johnston for keeping the crowd entertained with an incredible performance throughout the event. 🎶

The Smokin' BBQ Sampler was new this year, but after seeing the turnout and community excitement, I have a feeling it will become a Derby favorite for years to come.

Thank you to the Derby Chamber, all of the participating businesses, and everyone who came out to support local. We love being part of a community that shows up for one another.
