💛 Member Service Officer (MSO, Loan Officer)

Help members achieve their financial goals through thoughtful lending decisions, exceptional service, and relationship-building. This role is ideal for someone with consumer lending experience who enjoys problem-solving and helping people succeed financially. The position includes loan decisioning, account support, and helping drive lending growth across the organization.

💛 Member Solutions Specialist (Collections Specialist)

This role is about much more than collections. You’ll work directly with members facing financial challenges, helping them create realistic repayment plans, navigate available resources, and find solutions that work for everyone involved. The ideal candidate is compassionate, communicative, and committed to helping people through difficult situations with dignity and respect.

• The Walter J. Kostecky Memorial Scholarship is Good Neighbor's annual scholarship in memory of Walter J. Kostecky, a dedicated credit union volunteer.

Who is eligible:

• This scholarship is available for any member who is in good standing and has completed at least one year of an accredited 2 or 4 year educational institution. 𝘞𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘢𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘥 𝘮𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘪𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘴𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘭𝘢𝘳𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱𝘴!

• The application window for the Walter J. Kostecky Memorial Scholarship is open now - July 15, 2026.

➡️ “All the opportunities I get to volunteer! Whether it’s seeing members at our own events or helping out with other organizations’ events, being able to see the impact we can make on the local community will always be some of my favorite parts of working here.”

❓ What GNCU value resonates with you the most?

➡️ “Self-help. Seeking out opportunities to learn provides you with new perspectives you might not have otherwise known about. This in turn allows us to build stronger communities where everyone can not only feel seen and heard, but, most importantly, safe. It really opens the door for the rest of our values, and Self-Help really resonates with me because of that.”
