lately i’ve focus on self… in that i been revisiting things that once made me happy and made me feel holistically fulfilled.
in all the talks about nyc, it made think about how much fun i had educating people on wellness, fasting, and juice cleanses. life has been full circle and bringing me back to this part of me.
