910Arts is an innovative green building community of artist studios complete with a gallery, event space, bar, coffeehouse and nonprofit centered around a beautiful courtyard. It is a civic gathering place for social and environmental change designed to advance all art forms in the heart of Denver's Art District on Santa Fe.
There’s a kind of art that doesn’t try to be loud.
It just sits in the room like a steady heartbeat.
That’s what you feel inside Polished Earth at 910 Arts, where two artists start with the same source (the natural world) and translate it into two completely different love languages.
Dawn Leopardi’s prints feel like walking through a memory you can’t fully name. Nature, yes! But also story. Myth. The quiet kind of wonder that makes you slow down and look again.
Vickie Stevinson works with stone and metal like they’re old friends. Lapidary and metalsmithing that honors what’s already there: color, texture, pattern, time. Pieces that feel less like “accessories” and more like tiny artifacts you get to carry.
Together, their work is a reminder:
the earth is still speaking.
and in the right hands, it becomes something you can live with, on your walls, in your hands, on your body.

Hoofbeats before headlights. Our old Seven-Up plant is now a light-soaked, LEED-certified arts home with 17 studios and a community that lingers. The ghost sign still winks from the wall; the halls feel like a neighborhood living room.

Step inside Lingering Tales and you’ll feel like you’ve wandered into a storybook realm. 📚 This cozy, happy little haven is lovingly run by a mother–daughter duo, where shelves of gently loved books meet walls alive with original paintings by . 🎨 And just when you think it can’t get sweeter… you’ll meet Dorothy, the shop dog and official customer service rep. 🐾
