Our new Chef-led culinary demonstration, Sugar Science - Taste of Space, invites you on an exciting tasting journey to discover how food is prepared in space and the exciting future possibilities of astronaut desserts & confections. Learn how we imagine the future of food and dessert in space & on Earth, while also inspiring your imagination and taste buds to create your wildest sci-fi-inspired desserts.

Watch & learn about the mad science behind our cooking processes & techniques during the 30-minute experience while enjoying tasting liquid nitrogen treats & desserts.

Each ticket includes six out-of-this-world treats, your choice of liquid nitrogen ice cream sundae, and time in our black light room with glow in the dark sweets.
