It’s Preakness weekend 🐎 in Baltimore and I enjoyed an amazing celebration at last night.

The new skyview terrace is beautiful, and I loved meeting with the team as usual. I even ran into a past corporate client here (we produced their last event here as well). Can’t wait to return here for more events very soon!

After a 2-year program, I graduated from Union College! 🎓

It was definitely a bit of a sacrifice giving up so many Tuesdays for an optional program lol. But the choice to join honestly was a no brainer.

First, to know me is to know that I believe in life long learning, particularly when it comes to leadership and personal development.

But 2nd, as a member of I’ve always been really impressed by how organized and impactful the church is. Keep in mind that I’ve been part of many companies and volunteer organizations and have to say even after those experiences Union Church is probably the most organized that I’ve seen. Mentorship comes in many forms and as someone who wants to increase my leadership capacity both as a volunteer leader and in my own business, I knew Union College was a great way to pour into both - and it didn’t disappoint. I also formed relationships with some pretty amazing people doing big things in the marketplace & ministry.

A huge thanks to .m.crosby, and everyone who took time to teach!

Congrats to everyone who graduated from year 1 or year 2! Now it’s time to implement & the best is yet to come!

After ripping and running since 6:30am I spent the rest of the night in PJs and watching Netflix.
