A customer asked us today why this tree looked weak. This is an example of an Autumn Blaze Maple with a symptom called Chlorosis, which is an iron deficiency commonly found in Colorado trees (yellowing of the leaves). Left untreated, this tree will continue down an unhealthy path until it starts to die back. Fortunately we will be injecting this tree in the fall to prevent future problems and revert the color and nutrients back into the canopy!
