From ringing bells to riding roller coasters! Being the #1 office in the country earned us a little victory lap at Elitch Gardens. A lot of hard work, long days, growth, and team effort led to this. We’re just getting started.

Nothing beats watching people level themselves up in real time and earn promotions on stage in front of the whole room. Different titles, bigger responsibilities, and another reminder that growth here isn’t given — it’s earned.

Game changers making game-changing moves.

Started from a blank whiteboard…Now it’s a whole squad, inside jokes, bell rings, road trips, new leaders, and a LOT of wins along the way. We’ve come a long way… and somehow we’re still just getting started. Cheers to 3 years of growth, madness, and figuring it out together.

A couple months in, and Matthew’s already separating himself — not by luck, but by how he shows up every day. Growth here isn’t complicated… but it does require a different level of intention. Matthew leaned into that early — and it shows.
