I’ve had hundreds of couples in front of my camera and you can always tell when two people are just genuinely happy to be experiencing life together.
It’s easy, playful, and grounded all at the same time. They can laugh, be a little ridiculous together, and then shift into something quiet and intentional without even trying.

One year ago today, B and Shana snuck away from Atlanta to elope in the Colorado foothills—and they didn’t need an officiant or a witness to make it official.
Self-solemnization is legal in Colorado (unlike most other states), which means you can marry yourselves and sign your own license. That’s exactly what they did! Just the two of them, their vows, and the amazing red rock views.
We met with them after they eloped and it was pure magic. Happy anniversary to these beautiful humans who did it their way. 💕

800+ five-star reviews… what?! 🥹
I still remember when getting clients to leave reviews felt impossible. I thought if people were happy, they'd just do it. But here’s the truth:
You have to ask.
It sounds too simple, but it works. Whether you're a photographer or run any kind of small business - make it easy, share a review link, and just ask. Most happy clients are more than willing to share their experience.
And when they do? It means everything.
