๐Ÿ’ DU is a hockey school โ€“ in more ways than one! ๐Ÿ’›โค๏ธ The Ritchie Center is home to incredible teams and programs for all ages.

โ›ธ๏ธ From Learn to Skate to hockey camps and clinics, kids can progress from learning the basics to mastering their skills in our top-notch facilities.

๐Ÿฅ… Adult hockey players can hit the ice with Stick & Puck practice, drop-in hockey, and DU Adult Hockey Leagues (DUAHL). ๐Ÿ“… Check our public skate calendar for drop-in practice and game times, or register for the fall season of DUAHL starting August 1!

๐Ÿ™Œ And letโ€™s not forget our DU students, who bring the energy to Magness Arenaโ€”both on the ice ๐Ÿ’ and in the stands! ๐ŸŽ‰

Weโ€™ve all heard them ringing across campus, but have you ever wondered how that music is actually made? ๐Ÿ””โœจ

Itโ€™s the Carillon in Williams Tower! A Carillon is a massive musical instrument made of at least 23 cast bronze bells, played from a manual keyboard that allows the musician to control the expression and volume of every note.๐ŸŽผ

Want to hear it live? Join us for a special Carillon concert on July 5th from 5:00โ€“6:00 PM at the Ritchie Center! ๐ŸŽถ

Get a peek at how it works and see DU Lamont School of Music professor Joey Brink | Author, Musician in action!
