Lyndsey is the founder of Evergreen Therapeutics, an ABA practice launching in North Carolina focused on expanding access to quality, long-term support for older learners and families in rural communities.

She spent seven years building an ABA agency from the ground up, starting as a behavior technician and ultimately serving as VP of Operations. When that organization closed unexpectedly, it brought clarity about what she wanted to build next.
