Any quilters out there? There was a time I would make a quilt or two or three a week, and I loved making wonky circles. These paintings honor that technique. 💖

First pieces of 2026. I love the feeling of discovery. I love not knowing what I'm doing. I love how colors slither all over in the water. It's color meditation. Do you have a word or intention or guiding mantra for your art process in 2026? Usually I tell myself I wanna see what happens when... I also like to use paintbrushes or mark making tools that force me be loose and uncoordinated. It's addicting to watch what unfolds!

Best moments! We picked all the pumpkin on a sticks. We planted in the peonies. The sun was beaming down on us. Then I went and taught pottery, and the kids and their effervescent and fearless creativity always blows my mind and makes me smile!

When we planted thousands of seeds and seedlings in June, dreams to share our flowers were just a dream. We weren't sure how much we would have or if hail would damage everything, or beetles, or heat, or, or, or!!! But as our little farm has flourished, we decided to put dates on the calendar, ask our friends to join and host us, and p**f! Dreams came true. Hearing everyone's love and excitement for the flowers, telling us this is exactly what they needed, seeing everyone creating and smiling and connecting and trying something new, all of this fueling our passion even more! Thank you to for the space and vibes, to for stewarding the land, and to every single local flower lover who made this for real.
