Summit Central looks different every year. That’s the point.

2025 let the space do more of the work. The GHX Shop was properly stocked - actual merchandise people wanted to pick up - and that detail kept coming up in the debrief.

A well-stocked shop gives people permission to slow down. They end up in conversations they hadn’t planned on.

Format Agency’s custom Innovation Hub touchscreen held its place as a centerpiece. The floor around it just felt more settled this time.

We’ve been watching this space evolve year over year. 2026 content is coming - and the shift is worth waiting for.

Every detail that led there was planned. The feeling wasn’t - and that’s kind of the whole point.

This year’s Experiential Marketing Summit is centered on human connection in the digital age. The fact that’s the theme says a lot about what the industry is thinking about right now - and honestly, what it’s hungry for.

One year ago today, GHX Summit 2025 opened at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta. GHX Summit 2026 is underway this week - today felt like the right moment to look back.

800 healthcare executives. Four days. The goal was simple to say and everything to execute: make the week feel worthy of the community GHX has spent 25 years building. It meant thinking about what people needed before the first session started, not just during it.

91% of attendees say they leave a live event with a more positive opinion of the hosting organization. That stat only holds if the experience actually earns it. GHX earned it.

For our Earth Day cleanup, Disco brought the moral support. Heavy on the moral, light on the support.

Denver and Las Vegas handled the rest – cross-team, gloves on, multiple bags filled before most people had even settled in.

As Event professionals, we tend to default to production mode – everything intentional, everything designed.

There’s a different kind of satisfaction in doing something with no brief, no deliverable, just a shared sense that sustainability in events has to start somewhere tangible. This was that.

knowing what to leave out is its own kind of event design. the brief asked us to serve the town, not dress it up. that’s a different creative problem, and a harder one.
