Some highlights, and some of the wonderful humans who have made this year unforgettable.

It’s hard to internalize growth without reflecting on the past. We like to quantify our self-worth by looking at how many things we accomplished, but I don’t think that we’re ever really satisfied when we do that. I think it’s important for us to acknowledge and appreciate the wins, big or small. Even if you did one small thing to improve your well-being, or to help someone improve theirs, celebrate yourself for that!

This year kinda felt like deja vu, for many reasons. I had to relearn a lot of lessons that had fallen by the wayside, but one of the best decisions I made was to rekindle my relationship with yoga and spirituality. I was able to reconnect with a part of myself that I’ve missed dearly.

One thing always holds true: I am
forever grateful for my people. My love, my friends, my family. I truly could not ask for a more solid support system. I’m so happy to be on this journey with all of you. Cheers to 2025 ✨🎉💜

We’ve been married 7 years today 😮! It seems like zero time has passed, and although we may be a tad bit older, and our knees give out more than we’d care to admit, to me we’re still just a pair of young whipper snappers running around the world, laughing and petting every dog we can. Even after 11 years, my heart soars every time I think of you and how happy you make me. There are 5 million + 1 reasons that you’re my favorite creature (well, tied with Lila), but to sum it up, thank you for being everything I could have wished for in a husband, and a human. Happy anniversary, sweet bee💜 🐝
