G4G was started with the purpose of filling in gaps in the mental health space. Like every other demographic of people, men and boys face unique mental health challenges in today’s world.

So, we are creating a men’s group.

This idea grew out of one G4Gr’s experience earlier this year in a 6-week process group where they explored what it means to identify as male in today’s world. What we want form this group is:
We want to connect more deeply with other men.
We want a space to talk honestly about masculinity—what’s worth embracing, what needs to change, and how we can support each other in the process.
We’re kicking things off with an intro session.

Introduce the purpose of the group and share what inspired this initiative

Hear from participants about what you’re looking for in a space like this

we will be at the pillars to start at 7am (I know it is early, but there are graduation parties, kids to take care of, home improvement projects... so much to do and so little legs and time to do it).
