Uber denying Rides to People with Disabilities

I was denied twice today after messaging the drivers to politely let them know I have a service animal. The first time, the guy suddenly needed to use the restroom. The second guy said I may want to cancel…and when I didn’t, he did.

Two consecutive Uber drivers canceled rides upon learning of my service animal. Uber is accountable and should reprimand individuals failing to comply with the law. Uber
