Hey everyone sorry it’s been a while but I hope everyone had s great holiday and ready to start the new year off!!

First Client of the summer!! Came in with shoulder pain and lack of range of motion, plus tight chest and neck issues.

All i needed to do was work on his chest arms and back to relive tension and simple motions. and relive his neck to relieve his headaches.

It might be a slight difference, probably not immediately noticeable, but his shoulders improved, chest is more open and relaxed and arm ROM increased. Very happy with the sessions progress and results.
