CST recently completed void fill and lift of this large commercial pool, pool deck, and patio area for a client in Colorado. Using our ZERO Excavation polyurethane injection technologies, we successfully lifted a portion of the pool that had settled over 3 inches, along with removing trip hazards, releveling the pool deck, and areas of concrete patio slab. All work was completed in a short 3 day period and no excavation was needed, allowing the owner to complete additional repairs without interference. We help property owners maintain property values by repairing existing assets!

CST’s polyurethane injection repair processes are environmentally friendly and highly effective in addressing water control and soil erosion issues! Spring runoff is coming and we can help rehabilitate and repair earthen dams, spillways, head gates, and diversion structures as well as municipal infrastructure such as leaking box culverts and manholes!
This earthen dam and spillway at a small private pond had experienced erosion causing seepage through the dam and loss of water in the pond. Crews placed probes at predetermined depths and injected expanding structural polymer into the soil beneath the structure while monitoring at the surface and watching for bubbling in the pond, indicating that the material traveled into voided areas and had good coverage. Additional deeper injections were placed at the back of the dam wall in order to densify the soil at a deeper level, and provide further protection against seepage and erosion. The injections were very successful. A network of tunnels possibly created by rodents was also suspect in the eroded areas around and through the dam. It was noted that material traveled around 20 feet from some injection locations, so the crew was confident it had achieved good coverage and void fill of those areas. All injection work was completed in one day with zero excavation and very minimal disturbance to the dam area or surrounding features. Pools are fun but not when the water is under the pool!
Water escaping beneath this pool, hot tub, and pool deck caused loss of compaction, soil erosion and voids resulting in settlement of the pool and pool deck at this area hotel. CST identified weakened soils at depth and voided areas, then performed polyurethane injections to densify the weakened soils, fill voids, and lift settled areas to restore this hotel pool to proper elevation and to mitigate against future problems! Work was completed in 2 days and without any excavation or interference with existing finishes or utilities. The pool was available to go back into service immediately, saving the hotel from loss of business and more costly repair alternatives. Have a similar problem? Get a hold of us! We can help! Settlement of walls and floor slabs had caused misalignment of door jambs, causing doors to not latch in this school building. CST performed polyurethane injections to correct settlement of the walls and floor slabs. By lifting and realigning slabs in the area, we were able to get recovery on the walls and correct the door misalignments. Door function was restored, resolving the safety concerns for the School District. Repairs were completed in a matter of hours during off hours with no disturbance to normal school activities. We take a lot of pride in helping school districts and property owners stay within maintenance budgets by providing efficient and effective polyurethane injection repair options!

Voided areas beneath concrete slabs should be addressed quickly to avoid settlement, negative drainage, and structural damage to the slabs themselves or adjacent structures. Expanding Structural Polymer injections are sustainable, environmentally safe, and reasonably priced compared to the cost of tearing out and replacing concrete. If you are seeing voids or sloping slabs, give us a call. We can help! WWW.CSTSTABILIZATION.COM 1-303-306-9191
