From enjoying the incredible scenery to spending quality time together outside the office, it was a great opportunity to connect, recharge, and celebrate the people who make our team so special.

Groundbreaking Milestone in Silt, Colorado!

We’re excited to share that we recently celebrated the groundbreaking of the Colorado River Fire Rescue Fire Station #61 project in Silt!

We’re honored to be part of a project that will have a lasting impact on the community and would like to thank , project partners, local officials, and community members who joined us to commemorate this exciting milestone.

We look forward to seeing this vision come to life and delivering a facility that will serve the community for generations to come.

Clay targets didn’t stand a chance against Team Shaw at the last week.

Our team had a great time out at Peaceful Valley enjoying some friendly competition, connecting with industry partners, and supporting Scouting Colorado and the incredible outdoor programs they provide for youth across Colorado.

Good weather, good company, and plenty of fun out on the course.

Last Friday, the team celebrated a topping out milestone at Hockett Gulch Ph. II in Eagle, Colorado.

The 283-unit apartment community will offer a mix of studio, two-bedroom, and four-bedroom layouts, along with amenities including co-working spaces, a fitness studio, outdoor gathering areas, pet spa, ski and bike tuning room, and more.

We’re proud to help bring much-needed housing to the Eagle community and appreciate the hard work of everyone involved in making this milestone possible.

Our Wyoming team recently spent the day giving back to the community by participating in a local highway cleanup before wrapping up the afternoon with a team BBQ.

At Shaw, building strong communities goes beyond the projects we construct. We’re proud of our Wyoming office for taking the time to help keep our roadways clean while spending time together outside of the jobsite.

Last week, teams across Colorado, Wyoming, and Utah took part in Construction Safety Week 2026 with Safety Stand Downs held on active Shaw projects throughout the region.

This year’s theme — Recognize. Respond. Respect. — serves as an important reminder that safety starts with proactive hazard recognition, clear communication, and looking out for one another every day on our jobsites.

From field discussions and stand-downs to shared meals with our trade partners, Safety Week allowed teams to pause, reconnect, and reinforce the importance of creating safe, respectful job sites for everyone.

At SHAW, safety is more than a program — it’s part of our culture and the way we build. Thank you to all of our employees, subcontractors, and partners who continue to make safety a priority every day.
