Work for what matters. Don’t seek the path of least resistance for it makes a straight man crooked.

Every kid should get checked!

First stop on the way home from the hospital, a peaceful smile appears on baby Luca’s sweet face.

Why should kids get checked by a chiropractor after birth? Because after being squished inside mom growing, then being pushed and pulled out, and then poked and prodded with tests, they’ve been through a lot! Rule #1 about holding a baby is “support the head” because we know how unstable a newborn is, so we shouldn’t be surprised that all that stress on their neck can disrupt the simplest aspects of development. Any misalignment or restriction in the upper neck can interfere with the glossopharyngeal nerve, the spinal accessory nerve, and the vagus nerve - making it more difficult for newborns to breastfeed, turn their heads freely, and digest/sleep/soothe normally. It’s not a surprise that these are the most common challenges we see in newborns and much of it is unresolved trauma from birth! Chiropractic provides safe, gentle, and effective adjustments to restore normal neurobiomechanics, releasing tension in their bodies, and allowing them to experience this new world fully!
