Big congrats to our Executive Director, Jennifer Tierney, on being recognized for her work in community partnerships! 🎉
Community partnership has always been at the heart of what we do here at First Responder Neurofeedback. As Jen puts it:
"Community partnership has always been a core part of our mission. We have worked with nonprofits, first responder organizations, veterans groups, and local mental health advocates to help expand access to neurofeedback for people who may benefit most. As the Executive Director of First Responder Neurofeedback, supporting first responders has been especially meaningful, given the high levels of stress and trauma many carry in service to others. We have also partnered with organizations focused on youth mental health and underserved communities. For us, success is not only measured in business growth, but in the impact we can create locally."
This is what drives every partnership we build and every session we offer, real support for the people who show up for others every day. 🙏

🇺🇸 250 Years of Freedom. Protected Every Day By Those Who Serve. 🇺🇸
This Independence Day is different. As America celebrates 250 years of freedom, we're reminded that this milestone exists because of those who show up generation after generation to protect it.
Our first responders carry that legacy every single shift. The weight of it doesn't clock out.
At First Responder Neurofeedback, we believe those who protect our freedom deserve support in protecting their own nervous systems. NeurOptimal® Dynamical Neurofeedback® is here for the ones who run toward what the rest of us run from.
This 4th of July, consider honoring their service with a gift. Every donation helps bring NeurOptimal® sessions to first responders and their families — a small way to give back to the ones who give everything.

Happy 250th, America. And to every first responder — thank you for carrying the watch.

June is PTSD Awareness Month and if you're a first responder, this one's for you. 💙
The stress of the job doesn't clock out when you do. PTSD, hypervigilance, sleep disruption, and emotional numbness aren't character flaws — they're what happens when your nervous system is exposed to repeated trauma without enough support.
First responders — firefighters, police officers, paramedics, EMTs, and dispatchers — face some of the highest rates of PTSD of any profession. Yet too many suffer in silence, without access to effective, non-invasive mental health solutions.
That's why First Responder Neurofeedback exists.
NeurOptimal® neurofeedback is drug-free, non-invasive brain training designed specifically to support first responder mental health and wellness. By helping your nervous system recalibrate, neurofeedback for first responders can improve:
🔹 Focus and decision-making under pressure 🔹 Sleep quality and stress recovery 🔹 Emotional resilience and regulation 🔹 Overall mental well-being
No diagnosis required. No medication. Just science-backed brain training that meets you where you are.
Swipe to learn more about the mental health challenges first responders face — and what healing can look like. ➡️
This month, you can help make that support accessible to the people who show up for all of us. First Responder Neurofeedback is a nonprofit — every donation goes directly toward bringing neurofeedback services to first responders who need them most.

These are the numbers they don't talk about at the station.
85% of first responders experience mental health complications from the job. 57% fear negative repercussions for seeking help. 30% develop PTSD or depression — nearly double the rate of the general population.
You take care of everyone else. You deserve care too.
First Responder Neurofeedback uses NeurOptimal® brain training to help first responders recover, reset, and rebuild resilience. No medication. No diagnosis. No stigma. Just your brain learning to carry less.

We are so excited to share that First Responder Neurofeedback has received a grant from the Parker Chamber of Commerce Foundation! This will help us continue to offer much needed services to the First Responders in our local community who serve us each day.
We are Thankful for the Parker Chamber Community Foundation and the support they offer through funds raised via Parker Days. So everyone, please continue to support the Chamber and the Parker Days Festival!!
This week we started handing out Parker Chamber Foundation Community Grant checks and it is always incredible to see these funds go right back into our community.
These grants support local organizations doing meaningful work here in Parker and it is all made possible by the community. Every ticket, every bite, and every moment at Parker Days Festival helps make this impact possible.
Be sure to support Parker Days this year
June 11 to 14.
More fun for you means more support for our community and that is something worth showing up for.
April is Stress Awareness Month and stress looks different for first responders.
Firefighters, law enforcement, EMS professionals, and dispatchers operate in environments where constant alertness is necessary for the job. Over time, that level of sustained stress can impact sleep, focus, emotional regulation, and recovery off duty.
Neurofeedback is a form of brain training designed to support nervous system regulation, mental resilience, and recovery without requiring reliving traumatic events or talking through critical incidents.
At First Responder Neurofeedback, we focus on neurofeedback for first responders who want to improve performance, sleep, and overall well-being both on and off the job.

You trained for every emergency. No one trained you for what the job does to your mind.
The sleepless nights. The hypervigilance you can't turn off. The weight you carry home that nobody else can see.
There's a reason you feel that way. The good new is there's something that can actually help. Swipe to learn about the brain training first responders are using to finally feel like themselves again.
First Responder Neurofeedback is a nonprofit dedicated to making this life-changing brain training accessible to firefighters, police officers, paramedics, dispatchers, ER staff, and their families — regardless of budget.
