Great to see early progress on our most recent multifamily project - SP Crossing. This ~70,000sf building is being built by Alliance Construction Solutions and will provide 60 units of much-needed permanent affordable housing to southern Commerce City.

In honor of Earth Day earlier this week, we're excited to share one of the vendor partnerships we're most proud of.

For the past few years, we've partnered with Blanca Forestry Products in Fort Garland, CO, and Teton West Lumber to provide high-quality, sustainably sourced Colorado timber for many of our projects.

The Blanca Sawmill sources beetle-killed trees (Doug Fir, SPF) from the Trinchera ranch and private lands in Colorado. The trees are sustainably harvested, and the process enables improved forest health and decreased wildfire risk.

Great to see progress on site at our Hale Parkway project! These photos are from a few weeks ago.

Our team is currently about to top this one out. Frameline is a 73-unit apartment on a unique triangular site in Denver’s Hale neighborhood.
