….we take on all sorts of home construction and not just “insulation and spray foam”. We do a lot for existing homes that is better than “good enough”. We do it the right way and we do it well and with quality. This house (our home) is going on 125 years old. Instead of having it be bought and scraped by a developer, we took it on and have brought her back to life. She was broken and neglected. She is loved again and she will love us back, and has been loving us back along this journey. Almost done…(lol, except the kitchen, then that’s it…until the back porch, Oye). This is our story so just an idea of how we treat homes and the homes we are invited to work on….as if it were our home, with care. Call for all of your home’s performance needs and upgrades. We use better materials designed for top home performance. Wood is wood. It needs a good “skin” and “jacket”, both need to be able to control “body heat”. You can’t sweat too much and need to be dry too, referring to the human body but a house too. Build it tight, ventilate it right!
