This is it! Tomorrow, Tues March 17th we open our doors at 5pm for one last Saint Patrick’s day and our bar one last time. Come share one last drink with us and stick around for Paddy Hooligans at 7pm. Crazy drink specials all evening!
Our family-owned distillery will be closing its doors as our founder steps into a well-deserved retirement and we look to new projects. What began as a passion project grew into a community built on craftsmanship, conversation, and a love of spirits made from scratch.
We are endlessly grateful and proud for every customer, partner, and friend who supported us along the way. Your encouragement made this dream possible.
We’ll remain open until Saint Patrick’s day, so come visit us for a last cocktail or two, stock up on your bottles, and celebrate the memories we’ve created together. We’ll make sure to update our website with more information in the coming weeks

Apple Pie Moonshine is back at the distillery! This batch is made with our Bourbon mashbill and cut with cider. We add a small amount of Panela and Clarks of CO wildflower honey. Come tell us what you think about this latest batch.

Oh hi! Turns out Denver is home to world-class rum! Our Bottled-in-Bond Dunder Rum got 93 points from and made it on their list of best new rums for 2025. We are honored to be included alongside some of the best rum distilleries in the world. If you haven’t tried this bottling, it truly is amazing!

*NEW* this thur (9/4) Dan will fire up his oven on our patio starting at 5pm until sell out. Don’t just take our word on this, his gram page reviews speak for themselves. Just like us, Dan likes making things from scratch and you can really tell the difference!
Pick up a pizza and bring it inside our distillery to pair with one of our local beers, cider, and of course a cocktail!
