We’re opening up our flexible creative and event space to a values-aligned collaborator(s) for regular weekday use — consistent, affordable space in City Park West without the overhead of a full lease.

🌟Available days are Mon-Thurs 7am-4pm. The whole space all to yourself!

🏡The Space:
600 sq ft, fully furnished, flexible open layout
Capacity: workshops up to about 25, meetings up to 15, small parties up to 30
Keycode entry via electronic keypad — your own access code, no check-in required
Kitchenette, fridge, microwave, instant-hot water, water cooler
Flat screen TV w/HDMI, whiteboards, folding chairs & tables, utility sink
One rolling storage shelf rack included (36”W x 21”D x 60”H, up to 200 lbs)
City Park West — central, walkable, transit-accessible

💲Pricing for 3 month commitment:
Normally $75/hr

1 day a week $450–$500 Save ~25%
2 days $800–$850 Save ~33%
3 days $1,050–$1,100 Save ~41%
4 days (full block) $1,200–$1,300 Save ~46%

Located in City Park West at 1434 E. 22nd Avenue, we can host your group of up to 35 people depending on the setup.

We have seen so many amazing community-led events, workshops, movie nights, and gatherings in the space and we know that cost can be a barrier to making that happen.

so we want to gather information about those projects that with a little bit of help could come to fruition in the midst of so much hardship.

Over the years, we've known a whole bunch of folks in office in Denver. Many of them sought our input about the issues facing small and micro businesses in Denver, but nothing tangible has come from all that input, and it's only gotten worse.

If you are a small business owner, especially brick and mortar- grab a spot for this session, share your perspective on what Denver should be doing to improve the small business landscape, get to know Lisa Calderón for Denver Mayor, and how she would concretely address those challenges as Mayor.

People underestimate how much impact one little spot can have, but not us! has proved that tons of groups, with completely different needs can do so much with an intentional space.

We need more funding to make our kind of flexible, private, and creative space more accessible!
