Mind boggling... The difference in flavors when brewing with multiple methods. Just brewed a cup of Kuma's Carmen Reserve via Aeropress, which I first had via a Clover. The citrus flavors were so much more pronounced when brewed with a Clover, and more balanced when done with an Aeropress. Maybe I'll try a Chemex next.
