What is it like to be 11, I don’t remember the last time it was so long ago, but today I’m celebrating a big eleven. The Patterson Inn is celebrating its 11th year Anniversary. The hotel opened in the fall of 2012 and now includes 12 Spirits Tavern open everyday from 4-9pm. Come in and celebrate Denver history with a cocktail and always remember the boutique hotel in the heart of Caphill, next time friends or family come to town.

Today marks the 50th year since the Croke-Patterson received its historic designation, September 19, 1973. We celebrate the history of this property everyday and we enjoy sharing our story with our hotel guests. Come stay and join us to experience the splendor of the property.

It’s a big day at 12 Spirits Tavern as we say goodbye to Goslings Ginger Beer in the can and replace it with Goslings Ginger Beer on the soda gun. And now we have $8 Mule Specials everyday from 4-5:30pm! Come on in for Happy Hour and a Half and then stay until we close at 9pm!

Happiest of Holidays from all of us at the Patterson Inn.
Excited to share that we will re-open on June 25th. We have new protocols and will be making the extra effort to provide for our guests a clean, safe and welcoming environment.

Todays Denver Post. Patterson Inn was torn open by Jack Osbourne! Not sure that captures the experience I had hosting them as guests at the hotel, guess I'll need to tune in to see what they were up to when I wasn't on property. There is some history on this plot of land and inside the walls of this house. I look forward to sharing this Castle in CapHill with you again in the near future when it's safe for the team and you, our guests.
