This is the butter you all ask us about. 🧈
Every spring, the dairy farmers of Normandy let their cows back onto fresh pasture — and for a brief window, Isigny Sainte-Mère captures that first flush of grass-fed milk into a limited edition Spring Butter. Cultured, slowly churned, finished with sea salt. The color is deeper, the texture is softer, and the flavor is special.
We have it in stock right now — and once it’s gone, it’s gone until next year.
Grab a block (or two) next time you’re in. It’s incredible on a good baguette, melted over vegetables, or honestly just eaten off a knife with zero shame. Isigny Ste-Mère | French Dairy

Not a blue, even though it looks like it. It’s Marmori. Made in Sastamala, Finland by Swiss-trained cheesemaker Peter Doric, this beauty gets its striking black-and-white interior from two curds pressed together — one natural, one blended with vegetable ash — then aged six months until something truly special happens. Dark rind, dramatic marbling, and a flavor that’s mild, a little sweet, and rich. All wow.
And yes — this is our first Finnish cheese in the case. You’ve all been loving it so far!

Tortillas are in stock at the shop right now — and yes, these are THOSE tortillas. The ones David Chang raved about. The ones the New Yorker wrote up. Four ingredients, Sonoran tradition, paper-thin perfection.

Stock is limited and they go fast. You know what to do.

New in the shop: South Indian Sauces 🌶️ If you’ve been to , you already know why it’s our favorite restaurant in Denver. Chef Cindhura Reddy and her husband Elliot have built something truly special — and over the years, they’ve become regulars and friends of the shop.
So when Cindhura told us she was bottling her sauces, we jumped. We’re genuinely honored to be the first retailer to carry them.
🍅 Andhra Tomato — bold & bright
🧄 Garlic Achaar — punchy fermented garlic
🥥 Coconut Peanut Pachadi — creamy & nutty
Condiment. Marinade. Pasta sauce. (yes, really.)
Come find them in the shop or grab a bottle on our website.
