Im so much more energized, fit and happier than i ever have been! at 15 I was so self consious about my body and that doubled after I had my first baby! I feel empowered and in control! No more depression no more anxiety and guilt Im happy to be in my own skin!
Rest day today!!!! But getting all the water in!! Starting to see a huge difference.ππ₯°π¦

Happy Monday!!!
It's been a long life journey!!!! But I mmmm bacckkk!!! π I can't put much thought into my workout anymore because the fear of hurting after, not soreness physically hurting will talk me out of it. So I don't think, I'm very cautious and listen to what my body is telling me and when it says to STOP I stop! Another workout doneβ
I have a sick little in the backround so now off to shower and tend to her. π Prayers for healing and immunity this way please.

The struggle of not being sore after a workout but your muscles basically attacking you after a workout!!! π I definitely miss it..π€π€ I think yoga may be in my very near future, see if we cant ease it back into my routine.

Apparently I have a lumbar strain and I kept working out through it...The last few days I've been hurting a tad bit more so workouts have come to a pause! I'm soooo sad!!!

Yes this may be a silly picture but have you ever got that accomplished feeling!?? Weighed in this morning I lost 3.6lbs & finished my 7day program todayβΊ This mama is beyond excited!!!

My precious beautiful babygirl refused to let me workout yesterday! So today was Day 6!! Speed 1.0 whew!!! There is absolutely no excuse to not getting some kind of activity in every single day! If you cant "workout" go take a walk! Is it cold? Bundle up!!!
Used yesterday as an active rest day for real haha Was super busy with errands!!! Day4 is down 3more days to go in Shaun week!!!! almost there! :)

So today was supposed to be an active rest day..because I was afraid of hurting...We ended up doing a thingπ€£π€£ Ever want something so bad you just had to do everything you could to get it!? That's how we were feeling ππ
Not wanting to be in pain all day today so declaring it a rest day! and back at it tomorrow! The difference between quitting and resting is that you dont throw in the towel! and you dont take a rest day when your struggling to do your workout you push through that!!! Otherwise your sabatoging yourself!! Happy Thursday!!!

I have been researching alot regarding PCOS!! Its seriously a pain in the behind trying to figure out weightloss, hormone balance and everything else with this stupid diagnosis! BUT thats exactly what it is just a diagnosis! It will not define me!!!
