for our ceremony look, we embraced “Mexico”
but our reception look was inherently US

Fredo always knew he would be in his signature aka 〰️ALL BLACK. & I wanted to be silky, asymmetrical, with a high slit/snatched waist & of course, a 🐆 accent.

we are BIG cocktail kids. so, having not 1, not 2, but 3 signature cocktails that resembled each of us (Chancho included) was a top priority.

shout out to Alonso for buying a bubble gun for my Bubbly Babe Cocktail, for recreating Fredo’s favorite tamarindo cocktail that tastes like home & swipe to see how we incorporated our pup into his own signature 〰️an horchata espresso martini.

moody lighting & elegant rentals are my weakness

This balcony is one of the reasons I fell in love with . With such a small guest count, I wanted to have 1 BIG, glorious, swanky table.

During cocktail hour, we allowed extra time for guests to change out of their all white attire and into something “moody & bougie” (whatever that meant, to them).

Our florist created an elegant palette of juicy florals & fruits ~lit by candlelight.

4 course meal by , who didn’t miss a single step. The flavor, the presentation, the service 10/10. 💫

& all decor was puzzled by me and my babe the week before we left in our living room bcuz it’s not a Kcidy project until I’ve blown up the living room…at least once. 🙃

our PRIVATE beach ceremony, w/ a dress code❕

Fredo and I contemplated the difficulties of getting married at this beach for months. (The logistics to get people down a river, keep them hydrated while not having restrooms, chairs/speakers, etc. etc. the list goes on) but when there is a will, there is a way.

We did a pre-wedding trial with family and a few friends 4 days before so everyone could get a lay of the land. (Aka, to see the point we ditch the road and drive straight into the water 😂)
but ultimately, we had the best vendors in the 🌎 from our florist, photographer, rentals and bar (because, who can say no to a margarita on a beach?) to our good friends that played an important roles in our sound and ceremony.
Our people took amazing care of us & made our beachside dreams come true. 🤍 it’s so important to hire a team you trust.
