In 2019, WalkDenver, Denver Department of Public Health & Environment and Denver Public Works partnered on the new Vision Zero Community Program. This exciting initiative gave teams of community members an opportunity to design a project to increase awareness of Vision Zero and promote safer streets in their neighborhoods. The selected projects received technical and financial assistance from the City and WalkDenver. We enjoyed working with the dedicated community members whose projects were chosen to be part of this unique program.
