Colorado Community Health Network
Colorado Community Health Network (CCHN) is the unified voice for Colorado’s 20 Community Health C
Since its inception in 1982, CCHN has made significant strides in ensuring that Colorado's low-income residents have access to affordable, high-quality primary health care. CCHN is committed to 1) educating policy makers and stakeholders about the unique needs of Community Health Centers (CHCs) and their patients, 2) providing resources to ensure that CHCs are strong organizations, and 3) supporting CHCs in maintaining the highest quality care.

Happy National Health Center Week!
850,000 (1 in 7) Coloradans call Community Health Centers their home for primary health care.
Did you know, CHC patients aren’t just receiving care, they’re helping lead it? Patients make up over half of every CHC’s board of directors, meaning major decisions about services, priorities, and programs are made by the people who rely on them most.
Join us in celebrating CHC patients and board members!

Happy National Health Center Week!
Today, we share gratitude for more than 7,500 Coloradans who work at over 250 Community Health Center (CHC) clinics across the state.
Whether providing care, managing schedules, keeping buildings running, or supporting patients in other ways, CHC staff are the heart of the mission.
