These days I do physical therapy and mental therapy to figure out why I behave the way I have. Music is just one tiny minuscule part of life in the grand scheme. I’d been treating it more importantly than my body, and that’s a result of being so close to the music industry and thinking “this is it, this is my role”.

News flash, it’s not my role. It’s just something that’s fun and cathartic. I’m just a dude. For the past year I’ve been trying to trust that music will be there for me when I want it. And now we’re flirting again. You could say music is the largest polyamorous relationship in the world.

Shoutout everyone who is surviving and caring for themselves and theirs despite feeling lost, overwhelmed and uncertain. I see you and I love you.

Well life continues to life. If anything’s become obvious to me by now, it’s that nothing is more important than our bodily health. Keep taking care of yourselves friends. And celebrate your body.
