Master of No-Thing which Every-Thing comes from. The earth is round, gravity pulls you towards the

As I prep for next Tuesday, I wanted to share this ancient story.

A crow lands on a coconut tree. In that same moment, a coconut falls to the ground.
And the question that’s puzzled philosophers for centuries is this — did the crow cause the coconut to fall… or was it simply the coconut’s time?
It’s a beautiful question. The kind that opens something up inside you when you really sit with it.
But then — and I want you to really hear this — I get The Rock’s voice in my head. Hand raised. Palm facing outward.
“It doesn’t matter.”
Not because the question isn’t interesting. But because here’s what we actually control: the landing. The showing up. The crow doing what crows do — fully, completely, without one eye on the coconut.
The coconut will fall when it falls.
Your job — my job — is to act. To move. To land on the branch with everything we have, and then release any attachment to what drops.

Yoga is more than poses; yoga is life. Try to remember, don’t hold the pose, hoping for a result. You are the pose.
Do the thing for the love of the thing. Land on the branch. Let the universe handle the coconuts.

You ever get the urge to just go do something—
and then all the reasons not to start piling in?

There’s not enough time.
What about my energy later in the day?
Who am I to push this when I’m out of shape?

And somehow… you go anyway.

Isn’t that one of the most exhilarating feelings in the world? To think you shouldn’t do something—maybe even convince yourself you can’t—and then do it anyway. Because you realize the real enemy was never out there. It was that single thought you almost let stop you.

That’s what well-being is: getting discouraged, getting knocked down, thinking you shouldn’t… and still going out there.

Seeing the thought, recognizing it, and then doing it anyway—that’s your natural, innate well-being. You don’t actually need anything else. You don’t need my coaching. You don’t need a book.

Books are cool. They’re helpful. They’re great. But you don’t need them.

Because what you’re hoping to learn… you already know.

The moment you see it’s just your thinking holding you back—even the thought telling you you’re stuck—you start to notice something powerful: you’re already okay.

I asked you earlier to take a look, because once you see that this is how it works, you naturally begin to realize…

you were good all along.

What brings you joy?
What is 1 thing you can do today to help another smile?
Keep it simple, because you are already ok.

If you’re feeling stuck… like your next move isn’t clear…
it’s probably not because you’re doing something wrong.
It’s just that you haven’t seen something true about yourself yet.
When you start to see the deeper nature of who you are—
your clarity, your presence, your power—
everything shifts.
The unknown stops being a threat,
and starts becoming the very space where you come alive.
And thriving?
It often looks like more than you ever imagined.
If something in this speaks to you,
reach out.
Let’s explore what’s possible—together.

🌿 A Waldorf Tale: The Story of The Now and Grounding 🌿

Once upon a time, in a quiet meadow surrounded by ancient trees, there lived a little bird named Nira. Nira was always in a hurry—darting from branch to branch, searching for the perfect place to build her nest. But no matter where she went, something always felt off. The wind whispered too loudly here, the sun shone too brightly there, and her heart never felt at ease.

One day, an old oak tree called out to her, “Why do you rush, little one?”

“I’m looking for the perfect place!” Nira chirped.

The oak chuckled. “The perfect place isn’t out there, dear bird. It’s right here, right now. Sit on my branch and feel the earth holding you. The world is steady beneath your feet when you stop chasing and start being.”

Curious, Nira perched herself on the branch. She took a deep breath, feeling the breeze on her feathers and the warmth of the sun. For the first time, she wasn’t searching. She was simply there. And in that moment, she felt a calm, steady joy she had never known before.

From then on, Nira realized the magic of grounding herself in the now. The perfect place wasn’t somewhere to find—it was something to feel.

Imagine a space where every breath, every movement, and every heartbeat feels woven together—a place where we rise in energy and spirit, not just as individuals but as a unified community. That’s what I’m inviting you to help create in the experience of Soul Stretch Yoga, a workshop dedicated to finding strength, resilience, and connection through movement and intention.

In my journey through yoga, coaching, and personal growth, I’ve learned that true empowerment comes from embracing our own authenticity, imperfections, and even our mistakes. This workshop is a chance to embody that truth, letting our collective energy amplify each of our individual journeys. Together, we create what’s known as collective effervescence—the magic that happens when we share in something bigger than ourselves, lifting each other up in the process.

Join me in this first-of-its-kind gathering, where we’ll dive deep, stretch our souls, and tap into the power of shared intention. Let’s grow, connect, and support one another as we stand courageously in the unknown.

If this sounds like the energy you would like to embody and you are in the Denver Area Nov 17th. Dm me YOGA and I Will send You all of he information.

Did you know Meditation is never mentioned in the text on Yoga? It talks about three stages before enlightenment.

The first is Dharana.
Or the ability to Focus Like a Laser Beam!

In Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, we learn about dharana, which is the practice of focused attention. Imagine you’re playing a game where you must stare at one thing, like your favorite toy or the leaves on a tree, and not let your mind wander. This intense focus helps train your mind to stay still, like a laser beam on one spot.

In our busy world, getting distracted by everything happening around us is easy. But practicing dharana helps us slow down and keep our mind steady. It’s like building a superpower that helps you focus on whatever you choose—your breath, a sound, or even your thoughts.

So next time you’re feeling a little scattered, try a dharana game! Pick one thing, and let your mind rest on it for a while, letting everything else fade away. It’s a simple way to bring clarity and calmness into your day.

Love y'all, hope you learned something new today.
