Spirit week is one of Alpha Phi's most loved traditions, bringing chapters together to prepare for the excitement of recruitment season. While the details have evolved over the years, from learning skits and wearing funny outfits to dressing daily themes and chapter bonding activities, the purpose remains the same: ensuring every potential new member has a special recruitment experience.

Behind the scenes, recruitment teams and chapter members dedicate countless hours to planning and practicing to welcome the next generation of Alpha Phis. Their commitment, enthusiasm and teamwork help make recruitment one of the most meaningful and memorable experiences of the year.

We are so proud of the dedication our chapters bring to recruitment each year, and we cannot wait to welcome the incredible women who will soon become Alpha Phis.💕

Through the Alpha Phi Disney Leadership Institute, members gain hands-on leadership development experience that empowers them to lead with purpose, build meaningful connections and create lasting impact within their chapters and on their campuses.

With Alpha Phi’s Biennial Convention just a few weeks away, we are eagerly looking forward to our alumnae Initiation ceremony. Alumnae Initiation is a meaningful tradition that Alpha Phi has proudly honored since 1875, beginning with the initiation of Frances E. Willard. Since then, Alpha Phi has alum initiated 5,636 members.🌿

As we prepare to celebrate this special moment at Convention, we are excited to welcome a new group of women into Alpha Phi and continue a tradition that has connected generations of sisters for more than a century.❤️
