The first question to ask when you’re decorating a space is how do you want it to feel? For our bedroom, we wanted it relaxing, refreshing, and luxurious. Between new paint, furniture, bedding, and decor, I think we accomplished just that. Swipe to see the before - we’ve come a long way!

Vibrant vintage or soft neutral shades? I love how both versions turned out for my DIY Pennant Flags! I tailored the colors of the flags for the decor used in each niece’s room - which would work best in your space?

To make your own custom flag, you’ll need:
- duck canvas cloth
- felt
- ribbon
- sewing machine
- fabric scissors
- exacto knife
- hot glue
- patience

Still photos of my coat closet makeover, using leftover materials and items I already had around the house. Totally cost: $6 (because I ran out of mini foam rollers) but in my heart it was $0! Let me tell you, opening up the closet brings a smile to my face. Let this be your sign to spruce up any space in your house, no matter the size! Team no boring spaces!!
