RES
We are a power for good, driven by our vision of a future where everyone has access to affordable zero carbon energy.
Our passionate and talented people are transforming the way energy is generated, stored, shared and used across the world.
Managing a portfolio of multi-technology renewable projects can be complex. That is why in 2023 we opened our Operations Control Center (OCC) in Denver, CO, one of RESโ global 24/7 control centers providing operational support for renewable assets across the US, Canada and Latin America.
Designed to deliver safe, resilient operations, the OCC can operate as a standalone service or alongside our O&M, spares management, asset management and digital solutions offerings.
Our goal is simpleโฆ deliver excellence for our customers through a flexible, cost-efficient, future-ready service covering;

1.2 million ways to catch the sun.
Earlier this month, members of joined Excelsior Energy Capital and community members to celebrate the start of operations at Faraday Solar, Utah's largest solar project. The 683 MWdc/525 MWac facility features over 1.2 million solar panels and covers more than 3000 acres.
Our Project Manager, Abby Dolejs, was present at the event and shared, "Faraday Solar was my third project with RES and first as Project Manager. Despite the scale of the project, our crews and management team exceeded every expectation, delivering Mechanical Completion over six months ahead of schedule and Substantial Completion over a month early on RES' largest EPC Solar project to date."
RES provided the Engineering, Procurement and Construction services for the project.

At Electricity Transformation Canada 2025, RES joined industry leaders to explore how we turn vision into action. Conversations across the event and in the RES Lounge were full of innovation and purpose.
Here are a few key takeaways from :
โ Think big. Canadaโs renewable energy industry has grown from 450 MW to over 18 GW in two decades โ not just because of technology, but because people dared to dream bigger. โ Robert Hornung
โ Go big or go home. Renewable energy is scaling faster than ever. โ Liam Duffy
โ Responsible governance matters. Indigenous leadership, distributed energy resources, and carbon transparency are the foundation of smarter risk management. โ Lisa (Elisabeth) DeMarco
โ Infrastructure is key. Transmission system upgrades are essential for Quebecโs clean energy goals. โ Denis Legallais

At , RES is proud to share an important milestone: the recent release of our first Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) for Canada.
This 5-year plan embeds reconciliation across the project lifecycleโdevelopment, construction, and operations. Guided by five pillars, it creates shared opportunities, honors Indigenous culture, and ensures voices are heard in shaping Canadaโs clean energy future.
Hear from Sheena Li, Indigenous and Stakeholder Engagement Lead, on why this plan matters and how it will guide our work going forward, and read the full RAP here: https://bit.ly/4odL8wG

Our path toward reconciliation is a journey of listening, learning and growing in partnership. Today, we launch our first Canada Reconciliation Action Plan as a tangible commitment to this journey โ a four-year framework to advance reconciliation with Indigenous Peoples across the country.
Guided by five pillars โ Educate, Engage, Empower, Celebrate and Illuminate โ the plan sets out clear actions, from expanding Indigenous awareness training for our people and co-developing engagement plans with Indigenous communities for every new project, to increasing partnership opportunities and reporting transparently on progress.
This reflects our belief that reconciliation is about long-term commitment, transparency and respect. Weโve seen the value of Indigenous-led collaboration through projects like the Bekevar Wind Project with Cowessess First Nation, and weโre determined to build on that foundation.
The beautiful visual identity of our plan was created by Cree artist Chris Chipak of Red Pheasant Cree Nation, symbolizing the shared journey of reconciliation.

Last week, we celebrated five of our craft workers achieving their Journeyman status and graduating from the RES apprenticeship program.
Established in 2014, the program is U.S. Department of Labor-certified and VA-approved, offering seven career paths with paid instruction, progressive pay increases, and on-the-job training. By building internal talent pipelines and developing a safety-minded, technically skilled workforce, it strengthens both careers and project delivery across RES.
Congratulations to our 2025 graduates! Your hard work, commitment and impact make us proud. Pictured left to right: Jose Santini, Tyrone Yazzie, Angel Garcia, Kevin Fordham, James Hetzler and Michael Schumacher.
