A little about us.

The Fox Street Compound is Denver’s only independent nonprofit resource and event center.

The specific charitable purposes of Fox Street Compound include: advancement of economic and financial sustainability opportunities for community based non-profit organizations, artists and programs; providing educational resources designed to support strategic planning, economic growth of such non-profit organizations, artists and programs; and to foster the development of ownership opportunities that reduce liabilities and promote financial sustainability.

The Fox Street Compound develops programs based on the following principles and values:

Reduce tax payers and government financial liabilities by helping community driven efforts in maintaining funding streams and development of healthy fiscal practices.

Educating non profits in the areas of economic growth and sustainability, ownership, financial analytics and building sustainable economic models and liquidity.

Keeping critical community services available to those in need and avoiding gaps in programs or services.

Adhering to high standards of developing and utilizing best practices in the nonprofit sector.

Cultivating strong nonprofit leadership as the foundation of our success and that of our community.

Consistently maintaining a financial position with ethical and prudent management to ensure long-term sustainability

The goals of the Fox Street Compound are to:

To incubate a lasting and tangible synthesis between the nonprofit and for-profit business sectors by providing Denver metro area artists, musicians and community-focused organizations with the tools and knowledge necessary to compete in the modern economic marketplace as sustainable economic engines ready and capable of fulfilling their respective missions for generations to come.
