Marissa’s journey in hospitality started at just 13 years old, working in her family’s Italian restaurants in St. Louis.
It was there she learned something that still guides her today: how to truly take care of people.
Alongside her husband Jeff, founder of Mici, she has helped build more than a restaurant. She has helped create a place where people feel welcomed, connected, and part of something.
