When I was asked to take on this remodel project for Central Bistro in Denver, I took the opportunity to revamp most of their existing materials to create a totally new look.

I began by adding in warm tones of rich color, and dimension with textured wallpaper and custom metal screens. We build new tables from reclaimed structural beams, and gorgeous pendant lights fabricated from wine barrel staves. All these elements added together brought a whole new warmth and community-feel to this space.

Now time for a glass of wine to celebrate!

Denver restaurants have been hit hard with the latest restrictions in place, but there are still ways you can help support your favorite local restaurants.

Ordering takeout is one of the best ways to help keep restaurants survive during this time, look out for DIY meal or cocktail kits to quickly whip up a delicious dinner for your family.

You can buy a gift card to your favorite restaurant for a friend, and encourage them to get one for a friend, it’s creates a ripple effect of support in our community.

Much of the service industry is scrambling to survive and adjust to this new normal. It's always uplifting when customers can be patient & empathetic to what they're going through.

In this design concept for Biju’s Little Curry Shop, we transformed a renovated warehouse into a thriving restaurant in the heart of the .

Blending elements of travel themes and Indian billboard marketing, a vintage map covers the entry wall, with beautiful style lighting throughout.
⠀
Unfortunately the fantastic restaurant had to close earlier this year due to the pandemic. If you are looking to add an authentic kick of flavor to your curry dishes at home, you can find Biju’s Curry Shop blend of Indian spics available at Whole Foods here in Denver!

I plan to do everything I can to continue supporting local businesses, please keep them in mind over the holidays so we can all help these restaurants stay open!
