Hello FemTribe Community!
It has been a long time since we spoke last, and I so appreciate your patience and understanding. Good things sometimes take time.

In this time away I have been building, creating, learning, growing, thinking, and feeling into the next chapter for FemTribe.

Thus, it is with great anticipation that I am thrilled to announce that I am back in business as Colorado Health Collective. There will be a website and more information coming soon!

**BIG ANNOUNCEMENT** You may have noticed FemTribe has been a bit quiet lately. Well, after nearly six months of negotiations with an unnamed Major League Baseball team, we are sad/excited/nervous to announce that FemTribe will be going through a FULL rebranding. This is not something we necessarily wanted but is the next chapter of this journey.

What will NOT change, nor will EVER change, is our mission to empower others through whole health which we believe to be the unity of mind, body, and spirit.

No matter what name we go by, our mission still stands strong. Make the world a better place by empowering those around us through the triangle of health: mind, body, spirit.

AND.... Stay tuned because are close to revealing what our next chapter will be 😄👏🏻 So keep your old FemTribe gear because it’s about to become vintage 😉

They have been traveling for the past 1.5 years in a van that they have rigged up to live in! It has solar panels on top, a bed and small kitchenette. Brendan and I are currently “van sitting” for two weeks bc they flew to Miami to visit some family. So we will take some pictures in the van soon! In the meantime, check out their Instagram

Brendan and I needed to escape the city, so we took our pup up to the mountains yesterday to recharge in the beauty of the Colorado wilderness.

My upper back had been hurting all day, so after a few full wheels and some flying dancers... I felt much better! Doing yoga poses in hiking boots on top of a rock was pretty exhilarating (challenging)!

Our sweet Yogi Berra is 14 years old, but you’d never know it!! He had such a great day 😍 I’ve heard that you shouldn’t spoil your fur babies.... but to that I say.... you can only spoil fruits and vegetables. @ Denver, Colorado
