As a Warehouse Mail Sorter you will be responsible for separating mail by mail class and mail numbers/codes, placing mail into boxes or into pallet boxes (gaylords) for final packaging, and ensuring that each piece of mail is accurately and timely placed on air freight/truck to their destination.

This position requires to sort mail piece to the appropriate location and then place this mail into boxes or into pallet boxes (gaylords) for final packaging. All staff in this group must be able to read numbers and letter codes and place mail pieces into appropriate containers consistent with these codes and numbers.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be able to stand, bend, lift and lower up to 50lbs throughout entire shift

If you have no attendance issues will be paid 40 hours even if you work less.

What You'll Do

Unload and receive inbound furniture orders which will require manually moving large, heavy goods.
Must be comfortable repeatedly lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted and maneuvering product 150+ pounds unassisted or via team lift.
Use scan technology to document pertinent carton level information, including condition, quantity, and warehouse location of material.
Proactively monitor order management systems to ensure that all orders have been received properly and that detailed descriptions are provided for any Overage/Shortage/Damage issues.
Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory is accurate and up to date.
Pick deliveries from inventory and stage them by truck and stop number.
Provide direct input into the existing user tools and make recommendations for improvements based on your everyday experience.
Be a vocal contributor on the team.
Work effectively with peers and managers.
Identify the most efficient way to complete assigned tasks and asks clarifying questions when appropriate.
Able to read and comprehend English to ensure your safety and the safety of those working around you.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

What You'll Need

Must be comfortable repeatedly lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted and moving product 150+ lbs. unassisted or via team lift.
Must be able to work on warehouse floor 8 hours a day or more.
Strong, consistent work ethic.
Comfort with scanning technology.
Experience in Distribution or Logistics is a plus.
Experience working in High Jump is a plus.
Able to read and comprehend English to ensure your safety and the safety of those working around you.

Staffmark has partnered with a local grocery store to work in their home delivery warehouse.

We are hiring for overnight positions 11:45pm-8:30am, will be a 7 day a week operations so will have a varying schedule

Duties are

Prepping and packaging produce and meat to go out for delivery to customer
conditioning inbound commodities (i.e., meat and produce), sorting, slacking, culling, rinsing, soaking, conditioning, packaging, weighing, labeling, and inspecting of all inbound and outbound commodities
accept and inspect inbound delivery of all commodities tendered
clean and sanitize all designated work areas daily after performing commodity conditioning

We have both entry level positions and team lead open

Location is near DIA

Warehouse pay is $23.00

Lead pay is $27.00

Supervise a team and work operations to include

a. Provider shall accept and inspect inbound delivery of all commodities tendered pursuant to this SOW in accordance with schedules provided by Company or Company’s
suppliers.

b. Upon receipt of an inbound conveyance, Provider shall: (i) follow the appropriate process based on the commodity type (ii) conduct final quality check (iii) send to decant.

c. Provider will provide finished goods in accordance with prescribed guidelines.

d. Provider will ensure all prescribed food and safety guidelines are met prior to outbound delivery

e. Provider will follow prescribed preparation and delivery guidelines including but not limited to auditing the quality of commodity conditioning and use of personal protective equipment.

f. On any day during which deliveries occur, Provider will provide a report, not later than the next business day, which includes for each delivery the following: (i) all SKUs included in the delivery; and (ii) the quantity per SKU delivered.

g. Provider will provide and participate in all required communication in accordance with prescribed timelines to include conference calls, telephone and email communications.

h. Provider will clean and sanitize all designated work areas daily after performing commodity conditioning. Company will provide all equipment and supplies necessary for cleaning and sanitizing

09/22/2022 – Staffmark, a leading staffing agency in the Denver meto area, has announced they are hosting a $100K giveaway during their annual Job Fest event.
